Broen Boss 5.0 Quick Connects are a recent innovation in the modern laboratory. With the concept of the 'flexible' laboratory, quick connect fixtures allow for easy reconfiguration of laboratory layouts. Many designs utilize quick connect fixtures to be installed on mobile cabinetry, which connect to ceiling mounted service panels. This allows for un-parralled flexibility with minimum downtime.
Fixture can be used for gasses up to 5.0 pure (99.999%) ensuring the needs of nearly all laboratories are met. Each media utilizes its own plug so there is no chance of cross connection. A full line of accessories such as flexible S.S. braided hoses, flow meters and pressure regulators are available.
BOSS 5.0 special features:
- Ultrasonically cleaned components.
- Packaged in sealed bags to maintain cleanliness.
- All fittings are leak tested before leaving the factory. (Differential pressure testing with compressed air)
- Leak rate better than 5x10-5 mbar l/s.
- Can be used for gases up to 5.0 (99.999% clean gas).
- Media: Non-corrosive gases and vacuum.
- Operating pressure: -1 bar < X < 10 bar.
- Operating temperature: 0°C < 60°C.
