Joints
- Through the use of a SPF Lite seaming kit you can install the SPF Lite benchtops with seamless joints.
- Joints prevent crevasses that would allow bacteria growth.
Installation
- SPF Lite benchtops are easily cut using standard tooling and blades. Diamond tipped and water cooling tools are not needed.
- Field modified benchtops can be re-encapsulated with the use of a supplied edge strip.
- Benchtops can be supplied to the job site with factory cut sink and fixture holes.
- Extremely tight manufacturing tolerances and easy joint system allow for quick and painless installation.
Cleaning and Repair
- SPF Lite is easily cleaned. Most stains and discolorations are easily removed with warm soapy water. Tougher stains can be removed with the use of an abrasive cleaner such as Ajax®.
- Permanent Market, Highlighter and Whiteout are easily removed with the use of an abrasive cleaner.
- Light surface scratches can easily be removed with the use of 320 grit sandpaper.
- Deeper scratches and gouges can be repaired with an SPF Lite seam and repair kit.
